The head of the Roman Catholic Church spoke out against the use of body scanners at airports, saying human dignity must be preserved even as countries attempt to protect their citizens against acts of terrorism.

Pope Benedict XVI , making his comments during an audience with airport workers and officials at the Vatican on Sunday, did not specifically use the words body scanner in his address, according to reports in U.K. newspapers the Daily Telegraph and the Guardian.

But he said that even when facing the threat of terrorism, airport security officials should not forget to respect "the primacy of the human person."

"[With] every action, it is above all essential to protect and value the human person in their integrity," he told the representatives from the aviation industry.

The United States began using the scanners capable of detecting items hidden under clothing at airports as part of new security protocols put in place in the wake of the failed bombing attempt on a flight from Amsterdam to Detroit on Christmas Day.

Canada and European countries have followed suit and begun installing their own scanners, particularly for flights destined for the United States.

The Pope is not the first religious leader to speak out against the scanners.

Muslims urged to choose pat-down over scanner

The Fiqh Council of North America, an Islamic group with membership in Canada and the United States, said earlier in February it believed the body scanners were "against the teachings of Islam, natural law and all religions and cultures that stand for decency and modesty."

The group urged Muslim travellers to choose to be patted down by airport security rather than go through the scanners.

Canada is in the process of installing 44 scanners to be used on U.S.-bound passengers selected for secondary screening at Canadian airports.

The Canadian Air Transport Security Authority has said the scanners would protect the privacy of the passenger, and that the officer viewing the image would do so in a separate room and never see the actual traveller.

The focus on security measures stems from the failed attempt by a Nigerian man to set off a bomb on a Detroit-bound flight on Christmas Day.

Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, 23, is accused of trying to ignite the bomb on the Northwest Airlines flight. Officials said he has told U.S. investigators he received training and instructions from al-Qaeda operatives in Yemen.

Frustrated Owner Bulldozes Home Ahead Of Foreclosure

MOSCOW, Ohio -- Like many people, Terry Hoskins has had troubles with his bank. But his solution to foreclosure might be unique.

Hoskins said he's been in a struggle with RiverHills Bank over his Clermont County home for nearly a decade, a struggle that was coming to an end as the bank began foreclosure proceedings on his $350,000 home.

"When I see I owe $160,000 on a home valued at $350,000, and someone decides they want to take it – no, I wasn't going to stand for that, so I took it down," Hoskins said.

Bulldozed Home Photos

Hoskins said the Internal Revenue Service placed liens on his carpet store and commercial property on state Route 125 after his brother, a one-time business partner, sued him.

The bank claimed his home as collateral, Hoskins said, and went after both his residential and commercial properties.

Hoskins said he'd gotten a $170,000 offer from someone to pay off the house, but the bank refused, saying they could get more from selling it in foreclosure.

Hoskins told News 5's Courtis Fuller that he issued the bank an ultimatum.

"I'll tear it down before I let you take it," Hoskins told them.

And that's exactly what Hoskins did.

Man Says Actions Intended To Send Message To Banks

The Moscow man used a bulldozer two weeks ago to level the home he'd built, and the sprawling country home is now rubble, buried under a coating of snow.

"As far as what the bank is going to get, I plan on giving them back what was on this hill exactly (as) it was," Hoskins said. "I brought it out of the ground and I plan on putting it back in the ground."

Hoskins' business in Amelia is scheduled to go up for auction on March 2, and he told Fuller he's considering leveling that building, too.

RiverHills Bank declined to comment on the situation, but Hoskins said his actions were intended to send a message.

"Well, to probably make banks think twice before they try to take someone's home, and if they are going to take it wrongly, the end result will be them tearing their house down like I did mine," Hoskins said.

The Man Who Conquered The Towers (Ominous) 1974

Phillipe Petit was first inspired to attempt what he called his "coup" on the Twin Towers while he sat in his dentist's office in Paris in 1968. In a magazine, he came upon an article about the as-yet-unconstructed buildings, along with an illustration of the model. He became obsessed with the towers, collecting articles on them whenever possible.

He traveled to New York on several occasions to make first-hand observations. Since the towers were still under construction, Philippe and NY-based photographer Jim Moore[2] went up in a helicopter to make aerial photographs of the WTC.
Petit snuck into the towers several times, hiding on the roof and other areas in the unfinished towers, in order to get a sense of what type of security measures were in place. Using his own observations and Moore's photographs, Petit was able to make a scale model of the towers to help him design the rigging he needed to prepare for the wirewalk. He made fake identification cards for himself and his collaborators (claiming that they were contractors who were installing an electrified fence on the roof) to gain access to the towers.

Prior to this, to make it easier to get into the buildings, Petit carefully observed the clothes worn by construction workers and the kinds of tools they carried. He also took note of the clothing of businessmen so that he could blend in with them when he tried to enter the buildings. He observed what time the workers arrived and left, so he could determine when he would have roof access. As the target date of his "coup" approached, he claimed to be a journalist with a French architecture magazine so that he could gain permission to interview the workers on the roof. The Port Authority allowed Petit to conduct the interviews, which he used as a pretext to make more observations. He was once caught by a police officer on the roof, and his hopes to do the high wire walk were dampened, but he eventually regained the confidence to proceed.

On the night of August 6, 1974, Petit and his crew were able to ride in a freight elevator to the 104th floor with their equipment, and to store this equipment just nineteen steps from the roof. In order to pass the cable across the void, Petit and his crew had settled on using a bow and arrow. They first shot across a fishing line, and then passed larger and larger ropes across the space between the towers until they were able to pass the 450-pound steel cable across. Two cavalettis (guy lines) anchored to other points on the roof were used to stabilize the cable and keep the swaying of the wire to a minimum

On August 7, 1974, shortly after 7:15 a.m., Petit stepped off the South Tower and onto his 3/4" 6×19 IWRC (independent wire rope core [5]) steel cable. He walked the wire for 45 minutes, making eight crossings between the towers, a quarter mile above the sidewalks of Manhattan. In addition to walking, he sat on the wire, gave knee salutes and, while lying on the wire, spoke with a gull circling above his head.
As soon as Petit was observed by witnesses on the ground, the Port Authority Police Department dispatched officers to the roof to take him into custody.

One of the officers, Sgt. Charles Daniels, later reported his experience:
“I observed the tightrope 'dancer'—because you couldn't call him a 'walker'—approximately halfway between the two towers. And upon seeing us he started to smile and laugh and he started going into a dancing routine on the high wire....And when he got to the building we asked him to get off the high wire but instead he turned around and ran back out into the middle....He was bouncing up and down. His feet were actually leaving the wire and then he would resettle back on the wire again....Unbelievable really....[E]verybody was spellbound in the watching of it.[6]

Petit was warned by his friend on the South Tower that a police helicopter would come to pick him off the wire unless he got off. Rain had begun to fall, and Petit decided he had taken enough risks, so he decided to give himself up to the police waiting for him on the South Tower. He was arrested once he stepped off the wire. Provoked by his taunting behaviour while on the wire, police handcuffed him behind his back and roughly pushed him down a flight of stairs. This he later described as the most dangerous part of the stunt.[7]

His audacious high wire performance made headlines around the world. When asked why he did the stunt, Petit would say "When I see three oranges, I juggle; when I see two towers, I walk."

Although movie cameras were on the roof during the walk, the person who was supposed to film the walk did not do so, apparently due to exhaustion.[8]
The documentary film Man on Wire by UK director James Marsh, about Petit's 1974 WTC performance, won both the World Cinema Jury and Audience awards at the Sundance Film Festival 2008. The film also won awards at the 2008 Full Frame Documentary Film Festival in Durham, N.C. and won the Academy Award for Best Documentary. Petit was on stage to help accept the award, making a coin vanish in his hands while thanking the Academy "for believing in magic" and then balanced the Oscar by its head on his chin to cheers from the audience.

Dr. Paul goes from ridicule to respect

Ron Paul is a white-haired, soft-voiced, 74-year-old doctor who has twice failed in presidential campaigns and is frequently derided by his Republican colleagues as an ideologue from the party's libertarian fringe.

No one would have been surprised if the Lake Jackson congressman had slipped off the political radar after his 2008 quixotic bid for the presidency, his ambitions for higher office thwarted.

But Paul has refused to go out to the political pasture to live in comfortable irrelevance. As odd as it may seem, he has become one of the most influential Republicans in a capital city dominated by liberal Democrats.

The subject that has brought him to prominence is the same issue that subjected him to ridicule from establishment Republicans for years: his long-standing opposition to the nation's monetary system and the Federal Reserve Board that prints money and controls its supply.

"On economic matters, he was seen as a way outside the mainstream," University of Houston political scientist Richard Murray said. "His views were somewhat 19th century in the view of a lot of economists."

Well, they say history repeats itself, and suddenly Paul's "19th-century" thinking seems appealing to those suffering through the first economic meltdown of the 21st century.

No longer ignored

Paul's proposal to audit the Federal Reserve — first introduced by the Texas congressman more than 20 years ago — recently sailed through the House Financial Services Committee.

His bill has an astonishing 317 co-sponsors in the House, three-quarters of the chamber's members.

In the Senate, where Paul asked Sen. Bernie Sanders, a Vermont socialist, to introduce a similar bill, the measure already has 30 co-sponsors.

And while he was once ignored by his political antagonists at the Federal Reserve, Paul is now engaged in a very public policy debate with Fed Chair Ben Bernanke, who has criticized the Texan's legislation in speeches, interviews and an op-ed last month in the Washington Post. Asked about Paul's proposal, the chairman declared it would be "bad for markets, bad for the Fed's credibility, bad for inflation expectations and bad for the dollar."

But not bad for Paul. The lawmaker has been booked solid with media interviews and college speeches; indeed, the Don Quixote of congressional Republicans has had more success in 2009 than any time in his three-decade legislative career.

"I never had so many calls as I had last week," Paul said.

It's a sweet moment for someone who has long been on the margins of Washington politics. Paul attracted his share of attention during his presidential campaign, but even then, he was painted as a fringe candidate zealously supported by libertarian ideologues.

In the House, Paul was ignored by Democrats and marginalized by Republicans. He was punished for the very views that earn him so much adulation today.

According to Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass., in 2003, when Paul was set to assume the chairmanship of the Financial Services subcommittee, Republican higher-ups eliminated the panel because they didn't want Paul in charge.

"He told me, 'I won't get anywhere until you become the chairman,' " Frank said.

Paul may have been kidding at the time, but his words were prophetic.

With the Democrats in control and Frank as chairman, the committee voted 43-26 in favor of Paul's amendment that would give Congress more power latitude in auditing the Fed.

"I'm very proud to have been involved in bringing his amendment to a vote," said Frank, who still voted against it.

Going mainstream

In Texas, analysts see Paul's renaissance as a reflection of the changing political landscape of America.

"Ron Paul's got a hell of a lot more political support now than just fringe nuts," Murray said. "It's gone mainstream now."

But it's not that Paul has gone mainstream. Rather, the mainstream has gone Paul-ite, with popular anger at Wall Street and the Federal Reserve crystallizing into support for policies Paul has long advocated.

"What happened was the Fed got itself in trouble and he's the one who was there to take advantage of it," Frank said.

Paul says concerns about American monetary policy — specifically President Richard Nixon taking the country off the gold standard in 1971 — drove him into politics, and he's spent most of his career wondering whether people would ever care. The answer, suddenly, is yes, something the congressman admits "seems strange after all these years."

He's also noticed that his colleagues are treating him differently, too.

"It was like, there he goes on his way, nice guy, but he's not in the ballgame," Paul said.

"But today, I think they're paying a little more attention."

AFTER 15 years loyal service with Fitzroy River Water, Graham Demeny says his career is down the gurgler because of fluoride and an uncompromising council.

Graham, who was responsible for making Rockhampton's drinking water safe, resigned earlier this month after his request for a transfer within Rockhampton Regional Council was refused.

He said he questioned the safety of adding fluoride to the city's water supply and ethically wasn't prepared to do the job.

From today fluoride will be added to drinking water in Rockhampton, The Caves and Gracemere.

Protesters, including councillor Glenda Mather, will rally against the situation this morning outside City Hall.

Yesterday Cr Mather said Graham's situation was a tragedy.

"I consider staff, especially long-term staff, as the organisation's most valuable asset and we need to treat them like liquid gold," Cr Mather said.

"I feel very sad for this family, especially at Christmas time, as clearly the breadwinner has ended a career because he stood by principles.

"I don't know what I can do, but will certainly be making some internal enquiries to see if a solution can be found."

Graham, who finished up with council on December 7, said he was one of five people who added the chemicals to the water supply.

"For the last 15 years I have worked at the Glenmore Water Treatment Plant operating the chemical dosing of water taken from the Fitzroy River for the city's consumption," Graham said.

"Until now all processes adopted have made the water either clean or safe to consume.

"Fluoride addition does neither and questionably compromises the safety aspect.

"With this ethical, plus a few moral issues, I realised my present position was untenable."

He said he approached council about a transfer.

"Not wishing to make waves and expecting respect on my stance on fluoride and for the years of loyal service I requested redeployment," Graham said.

"Without negotiation I was told to leave if I wasn't prepared to dose the city water supply with fluoride, for there would be no redeployment."

He said his was just one of many examples of the "consequences of supercilious policies and procedures adopted by council since amalgamation which are drastically reducing morale in the council workforce".

A council spokeswoman confirmed Mr Demeny had worked for the council before resigning, however said it was not council's policy to comment on staffing matters.

Last week we had a tremendous opportunity. An organization called, "X LIFE" invited myself and many other Hip Hop Artist from Indiana to perform at Washington High School. We were asked to come out and address the youth and perform some material for them.

They were such a great group of kids! They were receptive and seemed to have a great time. We gave the students free copies of new albums and each artist performed after speaking to the kids.

Hopefully we see more of this, and we can all help let the youth know what is going on in the world. They are the future.

So, what is this deadly ingredient? It is called squalene, a type of oil. Squalene in vaccines has been strongly linked to the Gulf War Syndrome (which ruined the lives of hundreds of thousands of troops and killed thousands of others.) Gary Matsumoto, an award-winning investigative journalist, wrote: " Squalene is not just a molecule found in a knee or elbow, it is found throughout the nervous system and the brain. . . . When injected in the body, the immune system attacks it as an enemy to be eliminated." Matsumoto went on to say, "Eating and digesting squalene isn't a problem. But injecting it "galvanize(s) the immune system into attacking it, which can produce self-destructive cross reactions against the same molecule in the places where it occurs naturally in the body - and where it is critical to the health of the nervous system."

The other ingredient in MF-59 is a glycoprotein known as "gp120" belonging to the envelope of the human AIDS virus, HIV-1. Gp120 includes recombinant HIV proteins and peptides (subunit vaccines), HIV-1 or SIV (the monkey AIDS virus), killed or 'attenuated', ie, rendered harmless by successive passage in cultured cells, and a wide range of recombinant viral, bacterial and plasmid vectors expressing HIV proteins. But the gp120 gene has other properties that pose an even greater threat to the vaccinated population. It contains 'recombination hotspots' similar to those in bacteria and viruses such as Haemophilus influenzae, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, hepatitis B virus and herpes simplex virus, that often co-infect with the HIV, and also similar to recombination elements found in immunoglobulin genes and oncogenes (genes associated with cancer) in the human host.

So as you can see, there is a lot of non-disclosure by the main stream media as well as the medical establishment when it comes to ingredients included in the vaccine makers protocol for this Novel H1N1 swine flu vaccine. There's enough information out there, for the truth seekers and researchers amongst us to uncover and expose the truth so we can make informed decisions about our own bodies and health.

This past week, A poll of doctors for Pulse magazine found that 49% would reject the vaccine with 9% still undecided. A second poll conducted by GP (General Practitioner) magazine reveals that Up to 60% of GPs have severe doubts over the proposed vaccine. Of those who said they would not take the shot, 71% said they were concerned that the vaccine had "not been through sufficient trials to guarantee its safety". Over half, 50.4%, said they "believe that swine flu is too mild to justify taking the vaccine".

However, these figures dovetail with those from a much larger Nursing Times magazine poll, that revealed 30% of all NHS nurses said they would refuse to be immunized, with another 33% saying they were unsure.

The town hall meetings that are taking place need to be explained to any and all constituents. They are further dividing the american people through the false left/right paradigm.

Sure they are letting you speak, but do not think they are actually going to do anything. The make whatever decisions they want to make. I remind you, there were no town hall shake ups over other decisions made such as the patriot act and stimulus package.

As a member of the campaign for liberty and a representative for freedom, I caution anyone out there about these town hall meetings.

Now is the time, we are ever so close. Both democrats and republicans are upset and tuning into what is truly wrong with our country. The monetary policy set forth by off shore bankers and the federal reserve. Everyday more and more americans are understanding that our money is created out of thin air and no one on the federal reserve board can even be held accountable for what they are doing with our money.

One of the largest cable TV companies in the United States is training its employees to look for suspicious behavior and report it to police under the guise of a neighborhood watch initiative. Since according to law enforcement and Homeland Security guidelines, suspicious behavior includes owning guns, being politically active, and having bumper stickers on your car, the cable guy's next visit to your house may turn out to have more interesting consequences than you originally anticipated.

"Operation Bright Eyes is designed to maximize the eyes and ears of Bright House Networks field service representatives and other employees to easily identify suspicious behavior and to quickly report criminal activities to police," according to a Fox 35 report
All current and new Bright House employees will receive training to help them use the 'resources at their disposal' to "become familiar with residents and activities in neighborhoods" and report anything they deem unusual to the authorities in order to "keep our neighborhoods safe".

Since when was it the job of the cable guy to run around pretending to be an undercover cop? This program is ripe for abuse and another advancement in the tattle-tale stasi society being created in order to make the sheeple self-police their behavior, constantly aware that they are being watched by secret police and living in fear that big brother will catch any minor indiscretion.

Pupils as young as seven were left traumatised after a school staged a 'War of the Worlds' style production during which a teacher was abducted by aliens.

The 370 children at Southway Junior School, in Burgess Hill, west Sussex, saw a 'spaceship' crash near their school and then aliens grabbed a member of staff as part of the performance.

The 'alien invasion' show, which was supported by Sussex Police, took place without parents being informed, leaving some furious that they had to comfort their terrified children.

Southway School admitted that a number of parents complained after their children returned home in a "state of shock".

Youngsters had to be reassured that the abducted member of staff was safe and well after he was carted off by the aliens.

Police contributed to the invasion by providing sirens and flashing blue lights to signify the landing of the craft just before morning classes on July 10.

Diana Goss, the headteacher, informed pupils that an alien craft had crashed near the school and pupils were encouraged to "follow a trail of debris" before stumbling across the UFO.

A member of staff was then abducted by aliens before the children were sent back to class.

One parent, who did not want to be named, said he daughter had come home in tears.

She said: "God only knows what the school was playing at.

"I mean to shock children into thinking that the aliens have landed and have abducted a teacher is just a little too much for seven-year-olds.

"My daughter was deeply upset by it all and came home looking shell shocked.

"She wasn't sure what had happened and really wanted to know that everything was going to be alright."

Another parent said: "By all accounts it sounds like something out of that film Mars Attacks or War of the Worlds. I don't know what the school was thinking."

In 1938 thousands of Americans were left terrified after a broadcast by Orson Welles describing an alien invasion.

The Mayor is at a secret meeting with a bunch of Snobs who rule in secrecy.

The mayor of Newark, New Jersey, is offering $1,000 to anybody who anonymously provides information on “illegal guns” in the city. In a video on posted on the City of Newark web page, the “Honorable” Cory A. Booker declares guns on the streets are unacceptable and he is offering the cash incentive to snitches.

However, there is a very obvious problem with the mayor’s program — how will the snitches tell the difference between an illegal and legal gun? How will the police tell the difference between a gang-banger with an illegal gun and a citizen exercising his or her right under the Second Amendment?

The federal government encourages the sort of snitch behavior promoted by Newark’s mayor. Greedy snitches will call in “tips” on everybody who owns a firearm. In fact, Booker’s video would have us believe all firearms are illegal. Booker makes the distinction near the end of the video, not that it matters — the distinction will be lost on snitches interested only in pocketing a thousand bucks (the mayor waves a fantail of cash in the video to make his point and entice the snitches).

It is a situation destined for tragedy. How will the police and gung-ho SWAT teams tell the difference between legal and illegal firearms? How many innocent people will be arrested, harassed, treated like criminals for the crime of owning a firearm? New Jersey has a concealed carry law. How many people exercising that right will be attacked by Booker’s police? How many of them will have their legal weapons confiscated? How many of them will be shot down by trigger-happy cops?

Finally, this country’s insane “zero tolerance” drug laws are the primary reason there are gang-bangers on the streets with illegal weapons killing each other and innocents caught up in the crossfire. Booker would do better to decriminalize drugs in his city instead of creating a snitch culture that will ultimately end up in more dead people.

Evidently there’s still some money in the travel budget. More than 260 old- and new-media chieftains, investment bankers, venture capitalists, politicians, agents and academics have been invited to participate in the five-day event, where they get to talk, listen and freely exchange ideas about what’s in store for the media industry.

Among those expected this year are Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Jeff Bewkes, Sumner Redstone, Sergey Brin, Mark Zuckerberg and Cory Booker, mayor of Newark, N.J. (Maybe Booker’s going to try to lure big media to his state; New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg appears to be skipping the conference this. Like "Fight Club," the first rule of the Allen & Co. conference is you don't talk about the Allen & Co. conference.

The event is closed to press and attendees are discouraged from even acknowledging whether they're attending and talking about the conference. Even the agenda is clouded in mystery, with the preliminary schedule that went out to attendees late last week providing scant details on which companies are making presentations. The conference isn't cheap to stage. Allen & Co. has been known to spend as much as $10 million on the festivities in the past. The secrecy fuels media attention and helps the conference keeps its cachet as the place to be seen. In its early years, the event might draw a few big-city scribes who would use it as an opportunity for some after-hours sourcing. Now CNBC and Fox Business Network have their cameras parked outside the lodge where most of the meetings take place. Executives often hold court on the grounds in between sessions. Allen & Co. can't stop gabby executives from talking with the press -- but, interestingly, they do ask that if the moguls do talk, they do so on the record (perhaps so they don't get into hot water with regulators in a post Sarbanes-Oxley world). The whole place has been wired with Wi-Fi clearing the way for reporters to blog and tweet the day away. Photographers are at the ready to take less-than-flattering shots of executives dressed down in their summer clothes. Apparently, many a mogul has forgotten the fashion rule famously passed on to Tony Soprano that a don doesn't wear shorts.

While Allen & Co. tries to discourage media scrutiny, the firm isn't above using big-name journalists to jazz up the program. Among the more famous scribes and TV personalities invited to take part this time around are the New Yorker's Ken Auletta, the New York Times' Thomas Friedman, Washington Post columnist David Ignatius and CNBC's Erin Burnett. For a few years, celebrity photographer Annie Leibovitz would shoot the event for Vanity Fair. The conference is still relatively short on women. The highest profile female attendees are Susan Decker, the ex-Yahoo president, Hearst Magazines chief Cathie Black and fashionista Diane von Furstenburg (Mrs. Barry Diller).

John Dillinger was finally killed by the authorities. They convinced the love of his life to set John up. She was an immigrant, and they threatened to deport her entire family. After they all they had been through, some believe she never would have done it.

John Dillinger: Enemy of the State

The name itself sparks controversy, intrigue and opinions from everyone. He was called a modern day, "Robin Hood," and a Cold Blooded Killer. We may never know the true reasons he committed so many bank robberies, but one thing is for sure. The stories will never die.

Dillinger was like most Indiana Natives. He loved baseball, fast cars, and had always looked out for his friends. Before he was named public enemy number 1 by the United States Federal Government, not many people were interested in arresting John or calling the authorities on him. In fact he felt remorse and almost killed a member of his gang after he killed a Sheriff who was holding Dillinger in a cell.

The way law enforcement and authority they were given was changed during John Dillinger's "Run on the Banks." After Dillinger became public enemy number 1, the head of the FBI, J. Edgar Hoover granted lawmen the authority to cross county and state lines to make an arrest on him and other "criminals" of the time.

The F.B.I and "G" Men were not looked up to, by the general population. The Banks were looked down upon as well because they forced people out of their homes during the Great Depression and left many families homeless for the first time in their countries history.

Another key note about John Dillinger. He hated the banks, the men who ran them, and ran other peoples lives. He believed they had a master plan and some of Dillinger's beliefs were confirmed after the creation of the Federal Reserve Act was passed and gave private individuals the power to create and print our nations money. Gone were the days of Silver and Gold.

Did you know that John Dillinger actually died before he was shot that night outside of the movie theater. When Dillinger demanded an emergency procedure be done by a doctor in a small room outside of Chicago, the doctor pronounced him dead. The doctor was giving John, plastic surgery and during it all he looked down and was standing in an inch of blood that covered the whole floor. John was not breathing and he believed he accidentally killed Dillinger. Surprisingly he made it through the surgery to the doctors relief.

John Dillinger

His story will finally be told and heard on a world-wide basis putting my town in the spotlight. Central Indiana is where John grew up and formed his beliefs in what is right and what is wrong

I gave a speech a few years back at a local college about the infamous John Dillinger. There is no doubt that he was and still is an American Legend.

John Dillinger is known for robbing banks during Americas great depression era. He was a very intriguing fellow.

As a boy growing up on washington street in Indianapolis he was arrested for stealing a few lumps of coal so his family could stay warm during the winter.

At court, the judge demanded he remove his chewing gum from his mouth when in the courtroom. The defiant Dillinger stuck the gum on the lid of his hat, and at the end of the hearing told the judge, "I'll be seeing you again soon."

Texas: City Councilman Arrested for Opposing Red Light Cameras
Duncanville, Texas mayor silences anti-camera councilman by having him arrested.

The mayor of Duncanville, Texas had a member of the city council arrested last Tuesday for speaking out against the use of red light cameras during an official meeting. The incident took place during the discussion of whether the city should spend $59,000 to make street repairs. Mayor David Green recognized Councilman Paul Ford to speak on the contract item.

"Thank you," Ford said. "I want to let you know that earlier this evening during briefing, Mayor Green threatened me that if he told me to stop talking and I didn't, he'd have me arrested, and I want to let you know what I told Mayor Green."

Green became outraged and shouted, "Mr Ford, you are out of order. You are not recognized Mr Ford. You need to cease right now."

While Green yelled, Ford continued his brief statement without stopping.

"Unlike those thousands of people who are getting red light camera tickets, I will have the opportunity for a jury trial. It will be a jury of my peers and I will confidently put my fate in their hands. And now I'm going to discuss agenda item number three. I will vote against it, and here's why."

Before he had a chance to explain that the city could find the money for those necessary street repairs by cutting the city manager's salary from $179,000 to $160,000 and reducing payments to local chambers of commerce by $40,000, Police Chief Robert Brown grabbed Ford. Ford repeated several times the statement: "Chief Brown, I will not leave voluntarily, but if you believe I am violating the law by discussing this agenda item, I will submit to arrest."

Brown did not respond. Mayor Green had the audio of the city council video tape turned off as Brown dragged the councilman out of the chamber. Ford ended up hospitalized from injuries sustained during the arrest.

Ford's comments referenced an earlier, private briefing of city council members where the mayor complained that Ford had attempted to "take control" of past meetings. To stop this, Green announced that he would instruct the city manager to remove any council member who disrupted a meeting. Over the past few council sessions, Ford raised the mayor's ire by insisting that the city code be amended to allow motorists the option of a jury trial when contesting red light camera citations and by his pointing out that only five percent of the 43,955 red light camera tickets issued in the city went to motorists accused of the straight-through violations most consider to be "red light running."

"I'm not the one who brought the red light camera scandal to Duncanville," Ford responded at the private meeting. "I'm the one who brought it to light, but I'm not the one who imposed it on us... I recognize that there probably is no city employee in this room who will stand up to you guys... Unlike those people who are getting red light camera citations, I will have an opportunity for a jury trial when you arrest me for whatever it is that you've discussed, whether it's disrupting a public meeting or disorderly conduct. I will have a jury trial, and it will be a jury of my peers, not yours. In other words, people who are not getting money from this city. And I will with conscience place my fate in their hands."

Mayor Green's expulsion of an elected member of the city council violated standard rules of procedure. Under Robert's Rules of Order, the binding code of conduct for most municipal organizations, Green would not have any authority to have Ford removed for making off-topic comments that lasted less than thirty seconds. The use of force to remove a member is considered an extreme measure and a last resort.

"Although the chair has no authority to impose a penalty or to order an offending member removed from the hall, the assembly has that power," the Rules state.

Under this set of procedures, a mayor would first have issued a warning to an unruly member and, if ignored, put the question of what to do about it to the entire city council. A majority vote would be required to have a sitting member removed from the chambers after that member is given an opportunity to speak in his own defense. Under Duncanville's city charter (2.15), only the full council can change the rules of procedure, not the mayor acting alone.

Ford has been released from the hospital but the mayor had a warrant issued for his arrest. Ford announced yesterday his intention to turn himself in. Since March, Ford has attempted to gather 1300 signatures to create a referendum on the red light camera program in Duncanville.

Police officers accused of drunken driving. A female officer's alleged promiscuity and infidelity. A commander whose critics labeled his son a child molester.

Jeff Pataky said he uses negative complaints and anonymous tips to fuel his blogging crusade against Phoenix police. A headline on his Web site suggests rewards would be provided for "dirt" on police indiscretions.

Pataky, a former software sales and marketing executive who now focuses his energy shoveling content on www.badphoenixcops.com, said he believes his online criticism of the department - along with past criticisms of police investigations - led officers to serve a search warrant at his home last week.

Police officials said Wednesday that a Phoenix detective prompted the investigation after complaining about harassment, though they declined further comment.

Pataky said he felt the investigation was a response to a lawsuit he filed on Monday in U.S. District Court saying he was maliciously prosecuted by police in 2007 after his ex-wife accused him of harassment, a case later dropped. In his lawsuit he's asking for an unspecified amount for damages. City officials declined to comment on pending litigation.

Pataky's blog is known in law-enforcement circles for its off-color language that, according to the blogger, is aimed at Phoenix Police Chief Jack Harris, Maricopa County Andrew Thomas and other public officials.

"Too bad. They need to get over it," Pataky said. "They are held to a higher accountability."

Pataky said he edits the blog and works with four or five people who receive tips from a variety of sources, including sworn and retired officers.

Investigators confiscated computer material and other items from Pataky's north Phoenix home, which he considered a threat to quit writing.

"We have heard internally from our police sources that they purposefully did this to stop me," Pataky said. "They took my cable modem and wireless router. Anyone worth their salt knows nothing is stored in the cable modem."

Phoenix Assistant Chief Andy Anderson said the harassment case is unique because of the connection to an unaccredited grassroots Web site. He said the blog is one part of the case, though he did not provide specifics of the ongoing investigation.

"This isn't about the blog," Anderson said. "That's just where the investigation led."

Police also served a separate search warrant at the home of former homicide Detective David Barnes, one of the investigators on the "Baseline Rapist" case.

Barnes was demoted from the homicide unit to patrol after he went public one year ago with claims of mismanaged evidence at the city's crime lab.

Mark Spencer, president of the Phoenix Law Enforcement Association, said he was concerned about questionable probable cause to enter Barnes' house. The union, which claims no affiliation with Pataky's blog, will represent Barnes through the internal investigation.

Let me get this straight. The World Trade Center was destroyed and they were re-building it and going to call it, "The Freedom Towers". Yet again, the world elite are going to use this to their advantage and call the re-built complex. "ONE WORLD TRADE CENTER."

The world was not attacked on 9-11, the United States of America was. If you know anything about simple math, false flag terrorism, or government sponsored terrorism, then you may know that the events surrounding 9-11 are filled with questions. The family members themselves had to fight tooth and nail to get a proper investigation into this tragedy.

This actually makes perfect sense. They destroy the World Trade Center, and strike the worlds people with fear. Then use this event to begin a new 100 year war on people who had nothing to do with the attacks, to help create more fear. So then they can bring in their NEW WORLD ORDER.

They love to rub it in our faces. When is enough, enough people?

Freedom Tower has a new preferred name
March 26, 2009

NEW YORK—The Freedom Tower is out. One World Trade Center is in.

The agency that owns ground zero confirmed Thursday that the signature skyscraper replacing the towers destroyed on Sept. 11 will be more commonly known as One World Trade Center.

The building under construction at the site was named the Freedom Tower in the first ground zero master plan. Officials at the time said the tallest, most symbolic of five planned towers at the site would demonstrate the country's triumph over terrorism.

Port Authority of New York and New Jersey chairman Anthony Coscia (KOH'-sha) says the agency refers to the building as One World Trade Center. He says it's the building's legal name and "the one that's easiest for people to identify with."

What a world we live in. Today’s world is one that is ever-changing. Although people are seeing the world change, people themselves are human in nature.

The basics are looked down upon. However, the simplicity in things are sometimes the most beautiful. The world and the people that make it up are beings that rely on each other; therefore they do live in harmony. We are naturally tied together, and this respect is evident when analyzed in a simple form.

Long live Love, Long live the human spirit & Long live the spirit found in nature.

THE WATCHMEN:

You want a hot, steamy, muscular, shoot em up, bang bang; with a smear of birth by fire, then this movie is for you. If you don't like in your face propaganda, then this movie may not be for you and may cause serious illness.

Most people should have a problem when tragedy is glorified and celebrated.
But in todays world some things do not make much sense. Along with not making much sense, this movie, the watchmen, has one of the most dishonerable endings in movie history.

Even thogh it is just a movie, people will see this movie and it will in fact make an impression on them. More and more movies are filled with plot lines that reflect current events. Although most super-hero movies have a hint of sci-fi, they also allow people to relate to the sacrifice and glory that usually takes place with the characters.

To be blunt, I have never seen any movie that justified death and destruction in my life. As I sat in amazement, I wondered if this was even real. How on earth is it plausible that people would not be able to see the correlation to this movie with events surrounding us today?

Right now, the media is telling us that our world leaders are going to seize the opportunity that comes with crisis, regarding our economic situation.

Well then, isn’t that convenient. The economic crisis that they had a part in creating, will be an event that they can use for their benefit.

How terrible is it that people would use other peoples suffering to their advantage. If I am understood, this is actually tolerated as well. I say it is tolerated because it is openly discussed in newspapers, and broadcast on the television and radio.

It makes me sick to think that people are so apathetic that they would sit by while events occur that shape their children’s future and do not question anything regarding the event.

Do you trust your source of information so much that you would let them watch your children or even step inside your house for dinner? The media outlets and talking heads that Americans watch everyday are leading us all down a path of destuction.

The cold hard truth of the matter is that we are each responsible for the world we live in today. We either allow or put a stop to the cycle of how things work. It's true and it's up to you.

Please watch this movie with caution and remember that if you are morally opposed to something it is up to you to speak out against it.

Doomsday For The Internet As We Know It?

Several developments that are coming to the fore indicate a noticeable advance towards a government regulated, taxed and controlled system that spells doomsday for the Internet as we know it.

The first steps in a move to charge for every e mail sent have already been taken. Under the pretext of eliminating spam, Bill Gates and other industry chieftains have proposed Internet users buy credit stamps which denote how many e mails they will be able to send. This of course is the death knell for political newsletters and mailing lists.

The New York Times reports that "America Online and Yahoo, two of the world's largest providers of e-mail accounts, are about to start using a system that gives preferential treatment to messages from companies that pay from 1/4 of a cent to a penny each to have them delivered. The senders must promise to contact only people who have agreed to receive their messages, or risk being blocked entirely."

The end game is a system similar to China, whereby no websites even mildly critical of the government will be authorized.

The Pentagon admitted that they would engage in psychological warfare and cyber attacks on 'enemy' Internet websites in an attempt to shut them down. The fact that the NSA surveillance program spied on 5,000 Americans tells us that the enemy is the alternative media and that it will be targeted for elimination. Court cases are pending after the Bush administration demanded the Google search terms of American citizens.

The first wave will simply attempt to price people out of using the conventional Internet and force people over to Internet 2, a state regulated hub where permission will need to be obtained directly from an FCC or government bureau to set up a website.

The original Internet will then be turned into a mass surveillance database and marketing tool. The Nation magazine reported last week, "Verizon, Comcast, Bell South and other communications giants are developing strategies that would track and store information on our every move in cyberspace in a vast data-collection and marketing system, the scope of which could rival the National Security Agency. According to white papers now being circulated in the cable, telephone and telecommunications industries, those with the deepest pockets--corporations, special-interest groups and major advertisers--would get preferred treatment. Content from these providers would have first priority on our computer and television screens, while information seen as undesirable, such as peer-to-peer communications, could be relegated to a slow lane or simply shut out."

We see a move to demonize the Internet and tar its reputation. AOL is running ads equating Internet users with terrorists. In the next few years we may see a staged Internet shutdown which is blamed on cyber terrorists.

For the aspiring dictator, the Internet is a dangerous tool that has been seized by the enemy. We have come a long way since 1969, when the ARPANET was created solely for US government use. The Internet is freedom's best friend and the bane of control freaks. Its eradication is one of the short term goals of those that seek to centralize power and subjugate the world under a global surveillance panopticon prison.

Indiana Residents cannot smile on when getting their photo taken for their ID or Drivers License. It's so they can put people in their facial recognition data base. I say, spread the love & smile nice and big! Say Cheese! Big Brother hates when your happy.
This is getting out of hand. The average person in the city of London is on camera 300 times everyday. Just going to work, shopping, out at the park, it doesn't matter, we are on camera. Please tune into your surroundings and stand up to any form of control over your god given right to free will.
Please take a stand for your fellow man and voice your opposition to these types of moves being made by your local officials. REMEMBER, this are not laws and these type of actions are not constitutional. There are ways to resist tyranny and remain free. We need to stick together and spread the word now more than ever.

Bruce Lee was no ordinary man. His theories on life were validated on many levels. To this day water is being studied for it's "communication" purposes. Bruce Lee believed water was and more than that. Long story short. The average joe and the average ninja can both relate to Master Bruce Lee. He was and still is, larger than life.

Who, What & Why: The Death Sentence....

Bruce Lee's untimely death shook Hong Kong and Martial Arts fans all over the world. The end of his life was considered to be under the strangest of circumstances, and still draws sensationalism and controversy, with a number of theories surrounding his tragic death. Rumours concerning the cause of his death range from Lee being killed by:

1.) triad gangsters because he refused to pay them protection money,

2.) killed by an angry martial artist's Dim Mak (death touch) strike for having angered the martial arts community by revealing ancient secrets to foreigners, to drug use.

3.) Many people also claimed that it was the work of Oni (Japanese for Demons or evil spirits), while others believed he was cursed.

4.) The theory of the "Curse of Bruce Lee" carried over to the equally tragic death of his son, Brandon Lee, who was shot and killed during the filming of The Crow in 1993. Yet, even though none of the mysteries surrounding his death were answered, his death was officially registered as one caused by cerebral edema.

On July 20, 1973, Lee was due to have dinner with former James Bond star George Lazenby, with whom he intended to make a film.

A short time later, Lee complained of a headache, and Ting pei gave him a tablet of analgesic. At around 7:30 pm, he lay down for a nap. After Lee didn't turn up for the dinner, Chow came to the apartment but could not wake up Lee. A doctor was summoned, who spent 10 minutes attempting to revive him before sending him by ambulance to Queen Elizabeth Hospital. However, Lee was dead by the time he reached the hospital. The ensuing autopsy found traces of cannabis. There was no visible external injury; however, his brain had swollen considerably, from 1,400 to 1,575 grams.

Lee was 32 years old.

I know we all can do whatever we put our heart and mind to, but what are going to accomplish in this world by becoming a professional athlete. I myself, believed I was going to achieve these dreams long ago and worked very hard at it. Later in life though, I saw what really mattered to the world.
